Life changing, if you allow it.
I’ve read many books by Mr. Fife and have learned something from each one. He introduced me to the benefits of coconut oil, coconut flour, oil pulling as a detox and the benefits of low carb, high (healthy) fats nutrition. By purchasing these small paperback or digital books over the past 25 years or so I have improved my life by changing the way I eat and the way I even see food, health and the human body’s ability to heal with proper nutrition.Born in the1950’s, when I grew up I believed like everyone else then, that fat made you fat. While I never had a weight problem till after my second pregnancy, I loved sweets, breads, cereals and chips. I was told by a Naturopathic doctor that I needed to stop eating sugar and such. I didn’t. I became hypothyroid. I was told by a medical doctor I was prediabetic. I developed Celiac disease and had to stop eating all grains, which I did, but along with my coconut oil, coconut flour, nut flours, I still ate sugar, potatoes, plantain chips, etc. So now in my 60’s I read Mr. Fife’s book “Fat Heals, Sugar Kills” and I finally get it. Putting it all together, I understand why I must give up added sugar and minimize even the whole fruits in my diet. I was already eating low carb but am now eating a moderate keto diet with emphasis on coconut oil, butter, vegetables, sufficient protein including eggs and full fat dairy. I’ve already lost an extra 10 lbs. I’ve been carrying and am sleeping much better! Thank you, Dr. Fife! Please continue doing your honest research and reporting your finding to those who want to listen and change their lives for the better!

Great book, but I already had it.
This was an accidental purchase, I already had this info from this book. We all should heed this info. I did return, as I did not need another.

This book offers great explanations about the fallacies we have been fed about reducing fat in our diet. Great read, highly recommended.

I admire Bruce Fife's courage. He is like a voice of truth crying in the wilderness of lies. He also makes a great chicken soup! If you want to apply the information in this book to your diet you may want to invest in his cookbook: Dr. Fife's Keto Cookery. I've tried many recipes and they are all delicious.So if you've always been scared of eating fat and have been overindulging in carbohydrates, this book gives some tips on how you can eat a more healthy diet. Please consult with your doctor if you have any questions or concerns about your diet. This book is a MUST have. Read it and pass it on
Fantastic book, such an eye opener. This book should be sent to every headmaster in the country to get them to understand the impact carbs have on our health. As well as health professionals who still advocate low fat diets. I’ve passed this to my parents now.

Seems like the information is one man’s thought process and may or may not be beneficial.
