These hair clips were Nice enuf but not quite right for me. I got them for a 20's era theme event and i expected them to be a bit more shiny and better quality. These are super light weight and made well enough - the clip functions smoothly and holds well. They are just not glitzy enough for my needs. They are made from very lightweight metal which I suppose would be great for long wearing - wont become heavy and pull at your hair. Again, they are nice enough - just not quite what I expected or wanted.

They’re smaller than I expected. But they’re the perfect size for my daughter instead. they stay in place even when she’s being all wild.I’d buy them again, and I probably will since kids lose things,

Very thin metal fronts. Very pretty detail, but will not hold very much hair. I'm disappointed that they aren't more sturdy. This is truly a case of you get what you pay for. The three roses one is heavier metal but a lot smaller too. I have thick, curly hair and they will work but will only hold a small amount of hair. You'll need to be careful the edges won't catch and rip out hair.

The largest of the three barrettes does a good job holding all my hair up in a twist. The other two sizes are too small for my thickness of hair. Good quality fasteners have never failed. I’m happy with the purchase. I bought the antique gold colored set.

They are all quite cute & most likely the size that's listed, but I didn't pay attention when I bought them and they were much smaller than I expected. I won't be returning them though. They are just that pretty and well made.

I was wondering about the sizes myself, so I wanted to share with a photo. The clasps are light weight as are the very pretty barrettes. I will go easy on them and collect a light amount of hair and use as light decorative pieces.
