The instructions that come with the watch are not accurate. Any SIM card that provides 2G services should work fine. I just bought a 10 pound Pay As You Go SIM from 02 and it is working.- The SIM card has to be Micro size! Not Nano size like the paper instructions say. Don't get stuck as I did and stick a Nano size SIM in there and spend time trying to get it out.- The Micro-SIM chip needs to be facing up and the cut corner side needs to be outwards.It worked for the first 10 minutes... but now it is not. I am getting that error about no device found. I sent all the text messages like suggested and nothing. And to be honest, I'm quit disappointed in the GPS, it is way off.

I bought this product to use when my daughter goes down to the park by herself. I could contact her, to tell her to come home and I could also be notified if she left the designated area. Firstly the accuracy of the gps wasn't any good. It said she was 400 metres away from where she actually was standing. I read up about it and gps supposedly only works outside, so I sent her our to test it. I sent her a outside and got a message saying she left the designated area. I made the designated area a radius of around 1 mile around where I live, so it wouldn't be very reassuring to get this message when she's just outside my house. Had other technical issues with the watch too and have had to send it back. It's a shame as the idea is good, but the technology isn't advanced enough for me to want to use it the way it's advertised. Think I'll be getting an alarm watch instead.

I bought this for my niece’s birthday gift, she is going to secondary school, her mum said she needs a phone at school. But doesn't want my niece use telephone, so I decided to buy this watch phone, that is what I need it. My niece she love her new watch so much, she said it is very easy to use, and also can call to her mum, I am so happy to hear she love it. I got right choice. Value for money

This is an awful product. None of the apps work. The GPS is barely good enough to tell you what town they're in, let alone what street. In fairness, we did get the phone call side of things working after 2 hours of trying! The battery doesn't even last 8 hours!! In principle a good idea but if you are looking at this, as I was, for a young child go else where. My son is devastated that we have to send his birthday present back.

We purchased this watch for its GPS function but after several attempts this still doesn’t work. We will be returning for a refund. The other features seemed to work ok but because the main reason we purchased it doesn’t work I can only give it 1 star. Disappointed but perhaps the price was too good to be true!

The watch arrived in very simple packaging, once turned on we could see missing pixel and a stain behind glass also the back light is coming through where it shouldn't. It could just be this watch but I doubt it as the price you pay I'm sure quality is going to be at a minimal. There is a function missing which is the flash light and I'm trying to change the time but it looks like you have to do it through the app but isn't working with the pay as you go sim so I'm gathering you need a sim in the watch with Internet access to fully be able to adjust time and contact numbers (instructions not very good). The phone function seems to be working fine but GPS is non accurate.

The watch is very comfortable and looks good. Easy to use for kids, simple. it's worth mentioning that all configuration via phone app. This is good option as child can not change/reset settings. Also, it important to check if mobile operator supports 2G before installing SIM card. You can quickly check where the child is and call/chat.There are simple math games to take a child in the transport. Recommend

Bought this lovely smart watch for my daughter. It has lots of functions as call, cameras, photos, recording, flashlight. Insert sim card and works perfectly. kids can call parents and communicate in easy way. It is better than expected and good purchase.
