Value for the money
I like this trainer a lot, but there are just two things that keep me from giving it a 5 star rating: 1) If you have more than an "A" chest, you might find your chest mushed into a really weird shape. You have to choose your sport bra carefully or you'll look like a bad movie villainess who shoots bullets from her chest.. 2) The trainer is a bit shorter than the photo. I really wish it were about 2 -3 inches lower. While this definitely covers the tum, it doesn't cover it all. Then again, it IS a waist trainer, so maybe my expectations were a bit unfair.On the good side, it's very lightweight and you WILL sweat without realizing it. It doesn't impede your movements and when you take it off, you'll be surprised at just how effective it is. It's also very easy to hand wash/dry. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

If you are looking for something that will hold you tight; this is not for you. Not a quality product. After 3 washes, had to throw out due to it ripped apart. Need better material and a sensible way of fitting.

Poor material
It’s great but broke fast after a few wash the material in the inside broke and it’s not longer wearable.

Horrible
It’s cheap material. Doesn’t really fit according to the size chart. I ordered a size large at first that seemed to be too big then ordered a medium it fit loose. I will be returning ASAP.
