These are the best heel spur patches I have ever had. I am a professional dancer with a heal spur for about 2 years now. I keep on getting treatments but trying to avoid surgery for it will take me out of my profession for at least a few months. These are light weight, medicated, and good to wear with a heel pad and it doesn't get into the way of my movements while in pointe shoes and ballet shoes or even ballroom heels. I wear them during dance class in my pointe shoes and hide them under my tights. Also, a nice blister prevention technique.

I received my order with other items that I ordered. The ProFoot box was a bit smashed and 2 of the 6 patches were missing. It came with 4 top of foot squares and 0 heel patches. This is frustrating because I ordered them specifically for the heel patches.I contacted customer service through Amazon and it directs me to ProFoot customer service which then tells me to contact Amazon as they were the ones who packaged and shipped the order.Now I am stuck! I used the square patch on my heel and it was pretty sticky, lightly mint scented, and seemed to work well for about 2 hours.

This provides relief but doesn’t stay on for long. The adhesive is not strong so the patches tend to curl up on the edges and fold over before eventually coming off your feet.

I like these pain patches but I feel there are not many in the box for the price and the relief seems to not last very long. I only feel relief for a short pint of time.

Please at this moment I have received so many don't sent no more you are charging on my card without me ordering..... different item's

So, first off, I thought I was getting six of each patch, instead it's 2 of the ones that you'll actually use if you're having heel pain, and 4 rectangular patches for... the top of my foot? Who has plantar fasciitis on the top of their foot? Anyway, the heel patches... worked alright while they were on, but because I'm a normal person and wear socks when I wear shoes, they were pulled off at the edges by my socks. And once they peel off, they DO NOT re-adhere. Again, with no instructions on how to put the heel patches on and the very unclear picture on the box, I could've put them on in the wrong direction, but I really don't think I can be faulted for that. Look elsewhere if you have bad heel pain from working all day.
