It didnt help at all. I have a trainer like this made by angel curves and it works amazingly so this one definitely let me down it was uncomfortable and when worn for 29 minutes stretched out and was baggy

It's a good waist trainer, however the inside part is shorter than the outside part and I feel it should be the same length.
