Worked Great! (JD 105)
Worked great on my JD 105 Auto w/42” deck. Changed out in 5 min. Just need a 10mm wrench and a 10mm deep socket/ratchet

Does not fit the d130
do not buy this for a John Deere D130 etc. It will not workFor my mower you need the cable that has a spring in a in a circle not in an angle. This will not work on my mower there’s no way to get it in if you cut the L off of it, it won’t stay on the bar.

This does not work on a John Deere D125 riding mower. Don’t waste your time.
Our cable broke after five years and I thought this would work. Save your time, it doesn’t. The part that hooks into the deck keeps popping off. It needs to be a hook, not a bend.

Does the job, back in action
Not a difficult job to replace, takes about 30 minutes. Just make sure you route the cable like the original and everything will work fine.

Was it JD OEM?
This deck cable fit proper. Advertised as a genuine John Deere part, it came in a clear plastic bag and no markings. I paid a premium for this cable. Almost double the price.
