Soon it will be getting darker outside..when we change the clocks, it is a big transition.Handy to have on porch, or for Florida room..option to carry ball in hand outside..without looking for a flashlight..I rate these lights a 10..I will bring them inside when snow comes..

Not what I expected, I have the same lights but they take 3 AAA batteries and they are perfect, I thought these were the same but they aren’t, they take 3 AA batteries, the light is to heavy for the magnetic base, the motion sensor works randomly, and the seal for the batteries always falls out when changing batteries, I wish I used them before return option expired, I put them in my garage and will probably throw them out soon, not worth buying in my opinion at least the ones I received have defects, if you buy them make sure they work as soon as you get them,

I bought it for my travels, cruise ships and hotel rooms, great for late night trips to bathroom. Like it so much that I bought a second one for home. It will be very useful for power outages also.

I like the light it's nice and bright but the box reads won't come on until dark. In my case not true. On auto it comes on during the day when you walk through. Inconvenient because I have to shut it off during the day which defeats the auto setting. Other than that I love the lights. I bought 4 of them. Magnetic swivel works wonderful. Genius engineering on that aspect. They are still keepers.

I’m impressed with the build quality, brightness, magnet strength and water resistant, but... it doesn’t work in low light.There’s a photocell that prevents the motion detector from turning on the light if it’s not dark. This setting is not adjustable and requires it to be VERY dark for the light to come on. A light on in a room down the hallway is enough to prevent it from working. An outside streetlight dimly lighting the room will keep it from coming on.I disassembled the light and partially covered the photocell with black tape and got it working acceptably.Btw, I purchased one of these as a test with the intention of placing them around my campsite for security. I’d eagerly buy a dozen if it weren’t for this flaw.

The price has gone up $10. I purchased mines at $14.99 last year and now they are $24.99. Unbelievable. I won't buy 1 at $25.00. Not worth it.
