My girls (5 and under) don't cry when we brush their hair with this. There are a few tangles but we can get through them so much better with this brush. They look forward to brushing their long hair now. We also really love the cleaning brush it comes with since brushes can get really gross fuzz in them. I am going to buy a 2nd one for myself. Update, wanted to order another one after having it almost a month but the top of the brush the paint is chipping off. And now this isn't available to order another.

Update: I punctured a small hole in both ends so now the water drains out after I wash the brush. At first, I liked the brush. I thought, “Excellent brush!”. Then, I went to wash it. Water gets caught inside the brush. It doesn’t come out. I squeezed the brush and water still didn’t come out. You can even hear the water inside the head of the brush when it is shaken. When I squeezed the padding reeeally hard to try and get water out, water still did not come out, but several bristles did. Waste of money unless you never need to wash the brush. I do need a brush that I can wash because my brushes get oil in them. I thought everyone washed their brushes. I simply added shampoo to the bristles and let the water run over it. Now, the brush is full of water.Update: June 2019This brush can’t be washed without water getting trapped inside of it the padded area, and it takes forever for it to come out. I threw it away, and bought a non padded brush that I can actually wash.

Overall this is a decent value for the money. The brush is nothing special, but often that's exactly what you need. My hair feels soft and smooth after I brush with this brush and it's neat it comes with a little comb to remove the collection of hair to help keep it clean. All in all I'm pleased with the buy.

Really a great brush. Leaves my very brittle and heavily processed dry hair sleek. The added brush cleaner is also useful as that has been one of my least favourite aspects of boars hair brushes.

The brush glides through my thick hair and detangles it without tugging and pulling. The brush massages the scslp and reduces the frequency of washing. The bamboo handle fits comfortable in my hand. It is light weight, comes with a brush cleaner and has a 5 year warranty.Before my hair was lank and straw like, with greasy roots and dry ends. In the 2 weeks I have used it, my hair looks so much better. My hair now has body and bounce.Best of all , good price for the quality of the brush.

Love this brush! I have fine hair which is easily tangled and this brush gets out the tangled easily and painlessly. I love the added item to get the hair out of the brush makes it so easy to clean the brush.

I am definitely recommending this product. It is exactly as described, it makes the scalp feel great and it is thick unlike other brushes, it covers a lot more of the scalp. A joy to use.

I am very tender headed. This brush doesn’t get caught in my hair or pull it like others. By far, this is my favorite brush! I love it.
