Im giving a 4 star because im not sure yet on how effective it is, i know its very uncomfortable but it is a new experience & im sure it will take time to ajust ! It feels like it raises up on the bottom of the support rubber &im not sure exactly where to place it. It does look & feel like a high quality build, good stiching and material &the rubber inserts are very solid!

arrived quicker than predicted, seems to come in smaller than size posted, would be fine if i had a hour glass build but i don't, has a lot of choices as to setting up for your need, however on reading the instructions "as directed by doctor"

The product is excellent as was the service & timely delivery. My waist is now size 33, so I ordered the size 1. However, as the product is worn around the hips, not the waist, it is too tight - So, I have just now ordered the size - 2. I'll be glad to receive it and begin wearing it.

It's a very good product, I had to order a second one, because size 1 it's a little small for me, size 2 fits perfectly. I tryed other belts, but at the moment I saw this one fell in love with. Very easy to wear , very well designed....I keep both, because I'm planing on looseing weight
