It does seem to work
I got this for occasional use with a Motorola Talkabout 400 series radio. I can confirm that it works with the radio as a speaker and microphone.For shiggs and giggs I hooked a set of headphones into the output jack (its the "normal" 3.5mm size, so a regular aux cable will work) and can confirm that it will output the sound to the headphones.The PTT button has a positive click, and the small red light comes on when the switch is pressed. Time will tell the durability- it feels a little bit cheap, but it does at least work.

PTT does not work
Push to talk does not work with my Motorola T600. The 2.5mm jack fits but I can only hear transmissions, not use to speak. Shipping time was long as it came direct from China.
