I am a bit confused, what language is the display and buttons in? I see in one picture that it's in German, in another picture it's in English?

How do I get the display to English; currently in German

It would appear you have the one for the german market, and not the model for the UK market. Looks like you have been sent the wrong model.

How long is the warranty?

Strangely it doesn’t give a time limit but asks you to email their service department if you have any problems. My gut feeling is if they can help they will.
