Do it come with gaskets ?

Yes it comes with new gaskets & bolts & fits just like OEM.

The manufacture just told me this egr has a lifetime warrenty through the vendor...that would be amazon. why dont you disclose that?

Does this fit a 2005 Dodge Magnum 3.5L?

Not positive if it fits or not. I will say spend a little more and get a goo one. After installing went to go plug witing harness in and the bottom came right off. Had to buy a different one.
