Will these fit for my sheaffer calligraphy pen from 20 years ago? thank you

My pen is around 10 years old and I had to put the cartridge in upside down and pierce it manually to get it to work. I think the cartridges are for more recently manufactured pens. The ink eventually flows, but it's not ideal and potentially messy. Im going back to dipping the nib into a jar of ink again. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
