Yes, a baby alive can fit in it. Also 18inch dolls like American Girl dolls.

Can you use this for a Bitty Baby doll?

If you are referring to the American Doll Bitty Baby, yes. Actually any baby/doll that can bend at the hips will fit and the straps will hold them in. I am shocked at the other two reviews. I am pretty picky and of course it isn't the quality of a child's car seat but my granddaughter is 9 and LOVES it.

Will his fit a 22 inch doll?

The straps are adjustable so it may but the car seat is much smaller than I expected. we normally use it for smaller Baby Alive dolls. Probably more for 16" - 18" in my opinion.

Can you add it on the havk of a bicycle?

I would think it would take some creative engineering. I’m not sure how you could attach it, and it is hard plastic so I would worry the child could get hurt if they fell off their bike. Also the car seat is decent sized for a small bike.
