Can I use this over a Densifier product? Will this give me a glossy finish?

No it will not , finish will not change. It is just a sealer.

Can this be used for honed granite?

Yes, it can be used on honed granite as well as polished.

Does it build up over time?

I have sealed my granite countertops only 2x in the past 7 years. it does not build up but I don't put it on each year. It is very thin and reminds me of paint thinner in consistency. I also make my own granite cleaner that does not break down the seal. I think it is a great product.
