What is the size of the bag?

The bag I purchased is 10 1/2 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide.

Will this hold iPad Air and iPhone pro?

I have the 11” iPad Pro & an iPhone pro and it does fit and can be zipped. You still have two side pockets & a front zip pocket it you want to stuff the bag some more. I use mine as a crossbody for running errands hands-free. I carry my iPhone & a 7.5”x4” wallet plus other small items with room to spare.

how many interior pockets does this Go Bagg have?

On the inside, one side has a very large zippered pocket and attached on the outside of that are two separated sections that you can tuck things into, little pockets. then the rest of the bag is available for whatever. I assume you know that on the outside on the back, there’s a large pocket and on the front there is a large pocket plus another zipped section, that is quite large. I have really enjoyed the bag.

Is this machine washable?

Personally I would not machine wash the Baggelini.
