what is the shelf life/expiration date?

Shelf life expiration date is usually several months. I purchased inJuly and expiration date is in November.

Is this product gluten free?

The dried apricots list flour as an ingredient so although the amount must be tiny technically it is not gluten free.

I don't know if wild birds eat fruit. I was eating it myself! Very good. I'm sure some birds will eat it.

The label states 100 calories per 30 gm, which = 1/4 cup
