Q: Is this filled with ACID already or do I need to fill it?

It comes filled an charged an ready to use.just doubled check you order the correct replacement battery for your application. I was told the battery I bought fit, yes it fits, but it is not the correct amp hour rating for my application 

Q: Will this battery fit a 50cc moped?

It all depends. It fit our Honda Elite, but you need to verify what battery fits your application instead of asking on here with no description.
