So I read that you can’t actually shrink fibroids and only get them removed. I’ve also read that some claim they can shrink them by using greens tea extract, melatonin and vitamin d. These gummies have none of them. I’ll give it a try but just be aware there’s no scientific backup that fibroids can be shrunken but one can hope and try and I’ll report back if my gyno tells me it’s working. The gummies taste fine though
