I have terrible blood circulation and the cold Minnesota winters are really hard for me. These smart wool socks are the only socks I wear all winter!I love these socks because…-They are neutral enough to wear everyday.-They are thin enough to fit in all of my shoes, including my fashionable boots and that I wear to work everyday.-They are slightly thicker on the bottom, which adds a nice cushion when walking without shoes on. It also provides a nice barrier between my feet and the cold floor.-They are tall enough to keep my calf warm, except I usually fold them down once to add extra warmth for my ankle.-Smart Wool is the only sock I have found that actually keeps my foot warm without causing me to sweat!These smart wools actually attract less lint that some of the others I have had. In the picture you can see some pink lint because I accidentally washed them with a cheap bathrobe, but usually these are pretty lint and pill free! And the picture is after at least 2 winters or wearing and washing weekly!

Great construction

Love Smartwool. Recently did a hike through a canyon and had to go through some ice cold water with submersion of my hiking boots. That’s the best thing about wool socks they were soaked but my feet weren’t freezing.

Theguysinour family live in these year after year! Great to wear , great quality and laundeing.Just wish some had more cushioning for walking and hiking.
