Waterproof & soft material
The media could not be loaded. These are waterproof for sure. Liquid just rolls off and will not seep through. I bought to use with training underwear. My toddler is 2T but I went a size up because she has thicker thighs. Material is very soft. I wish these bloomers had a thick (non- frilly) band around the legs instead of elastic so it can be worn with pants.
