Worked Great Once I Figured It Out
I bought this winterizing kit to get my boat ready for the cold season. I’ll be honest, at first, I thought the flow was kinda slow and I was about to leave a not-so-happy review. After playing around with it I realized I needed to get it setup right. You gotta make sure you open the little air vent at the top all the way. That’s key. And if your tank isn’t sitting higher than where the intake is, you’re not going to get the vacuum effect that pulls the fluid out. Start with some running water first, then switch it over to the antifreeze and this makes a big difference. This was the part that was confusing, and I bet other buyers might have this problem. Once I followed the steps, it worked like a charm. My boat’s all set for winter now. Overall, really happy with it. Just follow these steps and you should be set!

Not worth it
Really not worth it. Threw it away and is a waste of money. Just hook your line up that comes with the pump straight into the unit and will save you money.
