is it Dutch-processed or otherwise alkalised? Thanks

I really dont know. but I know that criollo beans are red as a communist. and this powder is not ! so I contacted them,that is indigo herb , and they later told me that they had looked in to it and found out that it was only 70% criollo. now they have changed the label . but they assured me that it was organic. they were helpfull . but it taste better than other kakao beans that is not criollo ! much better !! . recipi : a bit coconut milk, some Vanilla, honey or sugar, a spoon powder and some milk ,soy,rice ..whatever, into the blender on high speed. when you get it right it taste better than anything you can buy in store. but if it is truly organic or alkilized og Dutch prossessed ( whatever that is... ? ) you could ask indgo herb ?

They now do a RAW and a non-RAW product. This is the non-RAW product. If you want RAW buy the RAW one... At the time of writing the RAW one is not available through Amazon - you have to go to Indigo's website, where currently, it's out of stock. The RAW one says RAW on the packet.

From the label, this product is described as Theobroma Cocao, and is in powder form. There is no indication of whether the beans have been roasted. The cocoa is pure and raw and native to South America.
