I bought these for my wife to drink when she travels. She says these packets are indispensable for when she spends time at higher altitudes and helps prevent the effects of altitude sickness. She would just add the packet to a 16oz bottle of water and shake the heck out of it. Easy for when she is on the move. She especially liked the raspberry and passionfruit varieties. I tried the lemon by adding it to 24oz of water and still found the flavor to be quite sweet and robust. I've found that it takes a considerable amount of stirring if mixing it with ice cold water. Our only complaint was that the packets were a little difficult to open. So we kept a scissors handy. Wasn't enough of a downer to subtract a star. We both agreed that the varieties reminded us of Gatorade flavors.

Have tried several of these types of hydration packets and these are my favorite so far. Taste, dissolving, and price are better than FlavCity Sugar Free (doesn’t dissolve well and pricey) and IV Solutions Sugar Free (flavor was meh, and pricey). This brand has great flavors (grape is my favorite), competitive pricing, and mixes very well. This brand is definitely sweeter/stronger flavor than the other two brands mentioned but if you prefer less flavor just add more water. My only complaint is that the packets are hard to open and I have to use scissors.

This is convenient because it is individually wrapped for portability. And it has various flavors, so I wonder what it tastes like every time I eat it. It goes well with anything because it has a clean taste. I don't drink much water, so my doctor recommended that I drink a lot of water, but I still had a hard time drinking water. I really don't like most hydration drinks. These packets with a bottle of water have really helped me. They taste good.
