Overall a pretty nice bench for the price. It was very easy to put together. I just have a couple nit picky grievances though. The bench sits a little low in my opinion. I think if it was maybe 2" taller it would be perfect. Also when laying flat my head rests on the top part of the back seat instead of the head rest and I'm relatively tall at 6' 2". When I sit incline my head sits on the head rest just fine. When doing decline crunches the lower seat will come out of the latch to position the seat every so slightly. Not a huge deal but it is minirly annoying. That has more to do with how it is designed and they could improve it by adding some way to lock the lower seat into position so it can't move. Overall it's a pretty nice bench for the price and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again

Mine arrived damaged with some broken parts from shipment, I contacted them back and they sent me the replacement parts right away, very quick response and super understanding. I’ve only tried the bench once, it feels stable and seems better than the cheap ones you see out there. I hope it lasts!

Perfect bench for the price. Long and wide enough for xlnt stability, I was happy to spend the little bit xtra after having to return the little over 9” wide “Flybird” for about $150. This one, at $180, is 100% better.

The square tubing frame is thin. So if you buy it don't over tighten the bolts. This is the only area I think that is not good. Other wise this bench is hard to beat for what I paid. Especially for the weight limit it has. The back is pretty solid the seat has a tad of side to side play as the inclined leg for it that adjusts the seat. It's not as stable as more expensive adjustable bench seats it has a narrow contact to the frame. If it had a wider base to contact the frame it would be more stable. It's good though for my purpose. I lift free weights 3x a week 1 hour or more each session. This bench is new to me. I don't know about longevity yet. It seems well made. It is easy to put together. Instructions are easy and straightforward. 15 to 25 minutes to assemble.It's lightweight for how it looks. Feels decently solid while I'm on it. I'm over 300 lbs I'm working on that. The bench is qaulity and if it holds up over the coming years I'll be very pleased. I'm glad I found this bench thanks.

This bench arrived on a positive note and a few days ahead of schedule. I decided to put it together right away and the assembly couldn't be any easier. It really only took me 15-20 mins. Pro tip, don't over tighten the base bolts, they can bent the square tubing. Also I would use a drop of blue thread lock on bolts without locknuts.First impression is that for the price, it is a really nice bench. The Frame is pretty solid with pretty decent welds. The padding seems a little firm but definitely much higher quality than I had expected. I would have liked a little bit more cushion, but I doubt I will complain about it. The two parts that I might, is the gap between the seat and back rest in the flat position is on the wide side. Also being 6'2", I thought the headrest would be a nice feature, but if extended, the gap between the head rest and back pad is annoying and in some positions bothers my shoulders.Again this is all first impressions. I will add an update once I put it through the paces.

I have just now finished assembling the TYRSEN 1200LBS Workout Bench.The developers of the TYRSEN 1200LBS Workout Bench certainly did an outstanding job of making the assembly as efficient as possible. I give this product very high marks for its clear, concise, assembly instructions…well above the average.I initially sought a bench with 15 & 30 Decline options, this became very problematic…so, I decided on meeting it in the middle with this 23 Degree Decline as it is a long-term pursuit to find precise degrees needed for each body type. If I need more or less degrees, I will make my own homemade Decline adjustments blocks for maximum workout efficiency, which, would happen with any non-infinitely adjustable Bench. The Incline Degree options are plentiful with the TYRSEN 1200LBS Workout Bench.I cannot speak for longtime durability from extended usage, however, this TYRSEN 1200LBS Workout Bench looks like it very well might serve my needs for many years to come.At this point, from this initial assessment, this TYRSEN 1200LBS Workout Bench is a great value and worthy of 5 Stars.

Really great product! The best packaging and assembly was easy as anything I’ve had to assemble! Hands down! Took less than 30 minutes and everything was marked to make it simple! Even the hardware was marked for each step and tools were provided. As far as the bench it is structurally built well and will help with many new exercises I plan to use it for. Storage is pretty good as well! A+++++
