This set arrived in two boxes but taped together. It was pretty easy to assemble. The end product looks great and appears to be a solid piece of furniture. The drawer slides easily. There's actually more space than I thought. One of the tables did not have the magazine bar in the back but that didn't bother me since we can use it as a shelf or storage instead and faces the wall where no one sees it. The only downside was that both tables have the hardware to open the cabinet on the right side. It comes with holes pre-drilled for opening from the right side so I modified to change the door around to open from the left side for the table that sits on the right side. I had to create my own holes and alter but didn't take too long (from a very novice tool user). Gave it 4.5 stars for lack of pre-drilled holes to accommodate opening cabinet from either side and missing 1 piece.
