Hello, Each of our products are individually stamped with a Lot Number and an Expiration Date or Manufacturing Date on the bottom of the box or bottle and also found on the back of the label. Please refer to the bottom of your Kids Sleep gummies bottle for the expiration date.

Could I give this to my son who is 2 & give him half?

We've seen a 3-4 year old on like a small portion of one and it worked great. I'd suggest no more than a quarter. But, as always, the best answer is ASK YOUR DOCTOR IF NOT SURE. :)

is it kosher or halal?

To my knowledge yes. I chose it because it does not contain gelatin!
