What happens when the rechargeable battery dies? Can it be replaced and, if it can, does it need to be done by a technician or is it simple?

This acoustic-electric BLUE LAVA Original Guitar comes with a charging cable. It is very inconvenient to hire a technician when the pickups run out of power, so the charging socket is designed inside the sound hole, which also ensures the simplicity and beauty of the body. (The BLUE LAVA Original and the carbon fibre LAVA ME 2 have the same charging position.) Tips: 1.When the indicator light is red, the battery is currently low and needs to be charged. 2.When the indicator light is green, the battery is fully charged and charging is complete or the instrument is switched on. 3.When the indicator light is orange, the battery is low and is charging.

Researching online, it looks like the battery can only be replaced by sending the guitar back to China. Is that true?
