Does this contain whole chia seeds or are they ground up?

Everything is ground up - looks like protein powder

Can I combine it with normal food during the day? Say, Huel for lunch and normal breakfast/dinner?

I eat regular food for breakfast and then use Huel for lunch/dinner at work later. Been doing this for 9 months now.

How many meals per bag?

One bag of Huel has 14 servings that are 500 calories each. When I mix a shake I only use 400 calories so I would get 17.5 meals per bag. Many people use even less so a bag goes further, especially if you use other things like fruit or peanut butter. So Heul is very customizable to what you are trying to do with food.

Why can you no longer buy just the 2 bags of huel powder?
