It is a good cycle and in this price range, it is a pretty good one. Smooth riding, comfortable seats, average braking and looks really good.I would definitely suggest this products to friends for sure. At the same time I won't suggest the brand installation service because it is a headache. Even though it will state that they will get the installation done within 36-72 hrs, at least few of us who requested the service, got it on the 9th day after delivery.Again, they will say that the payment need to be given to the servicing guy around ₹599, but my experience is different. I got my service request cancelled the first time on the 5th day and then another request was made from the customer service team and they ask for the money upfront. You will not any other status of the installation service untill they call on the day their service guy is available. I waited the whole evening and the installation guy, who was actually a technically sound guy, called up and said he will come on the other day, as there were other service calls. But I insisted and he came around. He said he won't be getting a bus at that time of night and he said he will come to a near by main metro station. Even though there was another station near to my place. The reason he didn't come to that station was that he will have to pay ₹10 extra. I had to pick him from that main metro station get the work done and drop him again at the main metro station.So, if you have a good bycle service point nearby please get it installed from there. I'm sure it will cost the same or less but you can save a lot of your time.Again the installation guy was really good but sorry what the brand provides them seems to be peanuts. And we are the ones who has to loose everything. The money, time, etc.So, basically the cycle is good and get the installation done by yourself?

Good product overall. You get your monies worth. If you are looking for a budget cycle, go for this. My local cycle shop owner was impressed with the cycle and I heard him telling other kids that the cost of the cycle is 12000 rs for fun and asked them if they want to buy it. When I told him, it cost me 4000 rs, he was impressed and asked me about where I bought it. He said he will buy it for his grand son. It felt good. Only thing is, the build quality is average and nuts and bolts have to be fitted tightly or it can loosen up easily. Now it's working fine. Buy this if your budget is 4000 rs. Go for hercules if you can pay 5500 to 6000 rs

Best bicycle, easy to install, I could do it myself at home

Check the Tires and everything thoroughly. I received my package and since then I didn’t get a chance to assemble it for 20 days when I opened the box tire was flat. I thought it is just air which needs in there but as many times I am filling air in it is going flat. Now the problem is I don’t have return back policy available as I did not assemble it for approx 20 days. I recommend not to go with this brand if no option donot delay to assemble and check if it is proper.

It is not designed to handle heavy weights or heavy loads, so it may not be suitable for everyone.2) The toolkit that was supposed to come with the bike was incomplete. Several essential tools were missing, which made the assembly process more challenging. I had to go to a bicycle repair shop to complete the assembly due to the missing tools.3) The bike lacks durability, and I am concerned about its longevity with regular use.While the bike meets basic requirements for light riding, there are noticeable shortcomings in quality and completeness of the package. If you're looking for a budget-friendly bike then it is good, but if you sturdier, then go for another option
