I'm an occasional cook and because you sell a 2-pack, is there an expiration date and how long is it typically?

The expiration date on the jars I just bought a couple of weeks ago is 6/17/2016. Also, the jars are small. One will make a large batch of tahini sauce, which will disappear in a flash because it is so delicious. You will find yourself thinking of all the ways you can eat it.

Does the label have any allergen information regarding contamination from peanuts, tree nuts, or wheat/gluten?

it does not have any specific information about that. but Soom is processed on equipment that only processes sesame and in an allergen-free facility.

Are the seeds roasted?

Yup - according to the Soom site, pressed and roasted. Also, this is the best damn tahini I've ever used. We buy it by the case!

expiration date is printed on lid to container mfg:2015-12-16/ expires 2017-12-16 -- seemed delicious to me!
