I have been searching for a mushroom supplement for over a year. I tried gummies and saw/felt no results. Since initially finding and then really digging 2nd Springs Wellness, I have jumped on this supplement. I am pleased with the effects I have received from this product. As with any supplement, without formal testing, a regular person can’t actually prove something is working. I took 1 bottle and felt really good about it. I waited on ordering a second bottle and then started to feel like I was missing something. I ordered another bottle, and got right on it, I am back to feeling much more alert in the morning. I am very happy with this complex, and it is a staple part of my morning routine.

I've been drinking mushroom coffee for months now and I love the benefits, however, I miss my coffee! I'm enjoying these capsules from 2nd springs, and I feel like it is made me a little sharper. Probably because of the larger variety of different mushrooms that this formula has over the coffee. I love that it's all organic and there's no aftertaste. Highly recommend!

I have been taking this supplement for some time now and it's great for energy, I took nootropics, but they were just not for me, I overall enjoy this blend, the pill is easy to take and does not have a residual taste. This is a great way to enjoy the benefits of the mushrooms. This is definitely not going to cause a miracle but overall, its very healthy way to take your vitamins and keep up with your well being.

As with any supplement product, these are very difficult to objectively review. Everyone is affected differently, and while these may provide some sort of miracle cure, or health benefit, for you...I really haven't noticed much difference since I started taking them. With that being said, the ingredient list appears to be of high quality and they're easy to swallow and with no bad taste... so if you're interested in trying a mushroom supplement, I'd say that these are likely a pretty good option.They're reasonably priced, given the ingredient list, so I'd say they're a decent value for the money.

"Eat the mushrooms. They're good for you," my Dad always told me as I flicked them off my slice of pizza or picked them out of the stroganoff. I flicked and picked them anyway and still refuse to eat them. I simply don't care for their taste. Yuck! But, since I heard all the purported benefits of mushrooms, I did a little research. Supposedly mushrooms can support your memory and immune system while boosting your energy levels at the same time, and a few other health benefits if the doctors and scientists are correct. But I also learned not all mushroom supplements are the same--especially if they contain something called mycelium which is essentially the ground-up roots and not the actual "mushroom" part of the plant. The label on the bottle I received states there are 1100 mg. of "mycelium complex" in each capsule which, in addition, contain the "good stuff"; chaga, matake, reishi, shitake mushrooms, etc. The label does not state how much of the actual "good stuff" goes into the product. So...I am skeptical if taking this particular supplement will do me any good. The bottle states the product was "manufactured for" a company in California, but not where the factory is actually located if that is important information for you.

I got this mushroom complex due to the variety of organic mushroom types, also because of the veggie caps. I was hoping to boost my kitty's immune system. Yep, pouring 1/5 a cap into her food (she weighs 16 pounds). Mushrooms, I've read, are actually healthy for them as well as for humans. Of course, I also want to take this but I get angular chelitis so I can't have too much.After opening the capsule, I found it had a pleasant, rich mushroom aroma, and then I poured it into her wet food and have tried a little taste myself. Her appetite has picked up since having some of this in her diet and I truly feel a great peace around this. I felt it was also an immune boost for myself, which is something I can tell in a pretty short period of time as my immune system is healing.
