I purchased this article because itās a good brand, and their quality is generally better. Based on this, I decided to buy the Skullcandy noise-cancellation headphones. However, they turned out to be a complete waste of money. On the very same day I purchased them, I contacted Amazon customer care to request a return. Unfortunately, they advised me to contact Skullcandy customer care instead.I want to thank Amazon customer care for their useless support. Afterward, I emailed Skullcandy customer care, but to this day, I have not received any response.I strongly suggest that everyone avoid purchasing this product. Itās a waste of money, offering zero noise cancellation and third-class voice quality.Thanks to everyone for their āsupport.āAmazon has shown zero responsibility toward their customers in handling issues with this product.

Not worth the money
To sum in less words: Its not worth the money. Shell out more to go with likes of Jabra / Sony. Or save your money and go with Nothing.1. Build quality is sub-par as compared to other brands in similar range (e.g jabra)2. Controls are finnicky and the app is not very helpful. There are very limited options to set actions for tap and double tap.3. Sound quality is average, I get better sound from my wired JBL earphones worth 10% of this price. I was disappointed with the missing bass that Skullcandy was so famous for in the old days.4. ANC is terrible, there's almost no difference in normal and ANC mode.5. Fit is okay, nothing to stand out.
