it was something I saw on YT about the benefits of Magnesium in diet so have tried these for couple of weeks and I really think they help...I will get through the whole bottle full and do a second review but so far so good

Excellent idea to sell these in pouches, I ordered them and just filled up my existing bottle. I now have them on subscription so I'll never be without any. Easy to order and quick to deliver, advantage all round.

I found these to be effective. I do combine with a magnesium spray at bedtime though. But these alone do seem to have stopped my tired legs. I do however find them difficult to swallow. For one they are quite large but even broken in half the texture seems to stick and they take a while to swallow them. I take a few different tablets and this is the only tablet I have had an issue swallowing. My husband has the same issue with this so I know it’s not just me. Possibly the won’t buy again because of this if I can find an alternative with similar reviews.
