Wooden Christmas Pyramid - 18 Inches - 3 Tier Carousel - Nativity Play

Everyone loves gazing at this pyramid when the candles are lit and the lights are low. Very well-made, great quality. I’ve had mine for three or four Christmases now. We just bought our newlywed daughter one because that’s what she wanted for Christmas in her new home. People stare at it because it’s so beautiful and amazing to watch the heat from the candle flames turn the fan above. I highly recommend this whether you’re giving it as a gift for yourself or for someone else!

I loved this pyramid! Now that I am a grandmother, I am trying to find a few special items to pull out each year that capture the imagination of my grandchildren. This did it! My 2 year old grandson wanted the candle lit at every meal and it kept him engaged while he was eating. He would remind me to light the candles at eat meal. Very easy to set up! And best part is the candle you purchase to go with it don't drip and basically disappear without a trace at the end so it's easy to load a new one.

I spent a good deal of time studying and living in Germany, my husband's whole family is from the German part of Switzerland. So we both have fond memories of these Christmas nativities during the holidays.It's a brilliant little contraption - the rising heat from the candles turns the fan, which turns the internal column of little nativity figurines. It's a little touch of magic from a time before electricity. It really is quite mesmerizing - you can stare at it for hours and drift away with happy Christmas thoughts.My husband and I both found this particular Nativity to be well made and totally adorable. We were thrilled with size and materials, and found it very reasonably priced for the quality and authenticity. It's a piece we will hopefully have forever and will pass down with fond memories to our own little ones! Thank you!

I first saw these German Carousel's while vacationing in Williamsburg. I actually stayed to watch them being made and was so impressed. I loved all the detail and just how awesome it worked with the candles or a small fan. I was not willing to pay over $300 for this same pyramid so when I saw this on Amazon for $99 I just had to get it.The installation was very easy - although the directions are in German. Following the pictures was enough to get each piece in place and working beautifully.I will say that it is not exactly the same as what I saw in Williamsburg, but I think that makes sense. The detail does not seem to be as nicely done, but it is still nice. We used this several times with the candles suggested by Amazon when I placed the order and it lasted about 2hrs. I think I will be purcahsing more of these in different styles and possibly smaller.

This is a very fragile item. The first one we ordered arrived with the inner box open and the fan blades dumped out. All of the little metal candle holders were bent and a small piece of decoration was broken off. Amazon was good enough to send a second one which did arrive sealed. However, most of the little candle holders were also bent. Of the 12 candle holders of the combined orders only 3 were unbent. I called the Brubaker customer service line and got a recording asking me to leave my phone number and they would call back. Its 3 days now and no response. This is to be a Christmas gift and I am so disappointed that it will be damaged from day 1. The manufacturer needs to pack the candle holders individually in a protected manner. I'm still hoping they will send us a few more holders to replace the bent ones. Over all it is lovely to look at. It does not seem as sturdy and the one we purchased years ago from Lillian Vernon for $29.00. Sadly, it is no longer in their inventory.

It assembles well and works well. My son caution to always be aware of the burning candles. I did not find that to be an issue. I received a number of compliments because it does look nice.

a great gift, also fun, albeit a bit fragile

i ordered this and when it got to me i had to assemble it..When i tried to do this the instructions are all written in german..The fan assembly was broke..The acorn nut is missing off the bottom of the pyramid..Which means it wont turn..I tried ordering a new fan assembly but its the wrong size..I have no idea how to put the acorn nut on the bottom of the pyramid so that it will actually work...Amazon gave me a refund for this product but it still does not solve the fact that i wanted to use it for christmas and i cannot cause i cant find replacement parts for it.. UPDATE I did go ahead and order me a new pyramid this year for Christmas,and have to say i am very pleased with it now...We had it sitting on our coffee table and had it lit when our guests came in and everyone was astounded by it..I love it,will be buying more candles and enjoying this pyramid for years to come...
