Is there anyway i can use this headset with my phone wirelessly

You can, but you need to buy an OTG adapter (probably a few quid) which matches your phone to a usb. I got a USB to USB-C OTG adapter for my Huawei as an example

I have hyperX cloud for ps4 edition, its not loud and not to low but this does not really help in games like call of duty black out. Is this loud?

What's not loud? The microphone or the in-game volume? If you mean the mic and can't solely use a 3.5mm jack then you're out of luck. The sound from the USB dongle included with this is horrible. It automatically alters your microphone volume and you cannot adjust it, also the sound is distorted to an unbearable amount from the surround sound gimick. I'd recommend any other USB headset if you absolutely need a USB port connection.

Does this wireless headset have a 3.5mm wired jack to use for when it runs out of power for example or for listening to music on a phone?
