no, it is opaque. If you attach it to your sticker image w/ glue, it will stick to the glue & tranfer the foil to your glue.

Can i use this with my cricut machine?

It is used to foil items. You would need to print something with a laser printer, apply foil and run it through a heat source - the middle I machine or laminator. I used it for stickers then cut the foiled stickers out with my silhouette. That is all the cutting machines will be able to do. Hope this helps!

Has anyone tried this with Gilding Adhesive by Barnabas Blattgold? I already have some and hope to not have to buy another product.

I would say it will work , I bought an adhesive pen special for this foil, the liquid was light blue, then it becomes transparent when its ready, and thats exactly same like your adhesive.
