I like the product but too expensive for the amount and although it’s a good texture/thickness it’s just hard trying to get it out of the bottle through the squeeze device

I have been using this Neil's Yard product for around two + years. I stopped for about a month and immediately started to notice a difference in my skin. I restarted and I will not stop ever again. I am 48 and it definitely lifts and tightens fine lines around the eyes. Obviously this is not the only part of my skincare routine, but it is a part I swear by!!

I love this, the smell especially not a lot in the bottle though so will use it sparingly.

Very pleasant but not as effective as some other serums I have used

I am not convinced this was the real thing. It smelt acrid and didn’t give the usual finish I get. Uneasy feeling. For the high price, I feel duped.

Fake product. I have been using this cream for years and bought this from amazon because the delivery service is so good. But i don't believe it is actually a neals yard product! The consistency of the cream and the smell is totally different. I will buy directly from neals yard in future to ensure I get what I am paying for
