How to activate the noise canceling? I couldn't find this instruction

There is no activation needed. It automatically has that feature. Just ensure you have earbuds positioned in ear properly.

How to power off the earbuds

You can turn off the Earbuds by pressing and holding for 5 seconds either the left earbud button or the right earbud button for 5 seconds. However, this will only work if the Earbuds are not connected to any device. Otherwise, you need to put them back in the charging case to turn it off.

Do you make a case cover for these, or know of one that fits? (Like the silicon ones people use with airpods, with a carabiner and lanyard.)

They come with a case that changes them. Even shows % charged. Unfortunately there’s no way to attach a lanyard. That’s the only thing that makes them not totally perfect

Do these work on an iPhone SE?

I would think so. I have an old iphone 8, and they connected without difficulty.
