Great phone!
The media could not be loaded. I have had this phone a few weeks now and I LOVE it. Perfect combo of old style/dumb phone but with everything you need of a smart phone. Love that it is touch screen AND buttons, both are easy to use and I use both functions equally. It feels really tough and well made. I was worried incase it wouldn't work with a UK sim card but I have used both an EE and a Tesco mobile sim in it and both work fine!

Good for communications, tethering, and video calls.
This phone is not a dumb phone. It is not a senior phone. It is not a smart phone. The screen is small and bright enough for me (weak sight). You can use a variety of keyboards, on screen, and physical. Slow typing but you also have the option of speech to text when appropriate. Battery is small and will drain fast if you use it for social media. This phone is a rugged phone, and mainly for phone calls which is excellent for this purpose. You have messages, Wattsapp, email, weather, instagram and all Google basic apps, etc… very configurable and you can have multiple screens with different apps (widgets) to suit your needs. Loud enough, clear speech. Signal is reliable, wifi is reliable, BT is reliable (connects to the car fine and download all contacts and make phone calls). Connects to |Android smart watches just fine. Tethering really good and fast when there is a signal. The external screen gives you the basic, signal, wifi, battery, BT. Depending on your apps, it can put notifications on your external screen such as weather.I have been using it heavily. With phone calls and occasional texts. Battery last 1.5-2 days. Social media apps drain the battery. Maps works well. I use it solely as a communication device with occasional use of location. All myonline activities, such as banking and social media I use my mini tablet which always go with me which has bigger and brighter screen. Cameras are adequate for quick snapshots and video calls. So far it never let me down. It actually cut down on my social media pings. Heavy and solidly built as advertised. I never put phones on my pocket, I use a sling bag for the tablet and phone, and other accessories such power bank, cables, water bottle, etc.Recommended if you want to cut down on social media, give yourself time to get used to it and specially to the keyboard. Hope this helps.

great dumbish phone!
i have been looking for a dumb phone for a long time now. this phone was my choice. it's great because it still has google, and apps i need like ring and banking apps yet you wouldn't play games on this phone or use it for mindless scrolling because it is too difficult with such a tiny screen! It's so simple to use and very durable! i have been washing mine in the sink! i prefer flip phones as you won't be able to butt dial anyone lol. however sometimes if you set the programmable side button it does press while in your pocket, i use it for the torch and when the button is pressed when i'm walking the phone heats us quickly because the torch has been on. this phone is great for those who want to simplify or dumb down there tech life but still have apps that are necessary in there daily lives. hence why i called it a dumbish phone. this phone has finally and definitely given my life back! if you have a phone/ social media/ game addiction like i did, you need this phone. i would rate it 5/5

I want to like it
I bought this phone for a digital detox. I'm sick of social media and the way that info is so quick to hand. But as I use whatsapp and messenger I needed a phone to have that capability.Good:-The phone is hefty and feels quality.I love the 'flip' cover and the old keypad button setupIt uses android and whatsappDespite other reviews the battery is good on standby although on use it does run down quicklyBad:-The touch screen is difficult to click accurately at times and the way that some pages present (eg with menu's on websites) mean that I have a tiny thin section to try to click where I can only see part of what I'm aiming for.Parking.. I've been left frustrated a number of times because parking apps only partially work on this phone. On certain screens there is just no way to press enter. In the ever decreasing cashless society this has caused more than one gamble with not paying for parking.Messanger:- I can receive messages, but there seems to be no way to reply.Browsing:-Don't bother.. it's about as good as those early colour screen phones with access to basic internet. Too small/slow and difficult to read/click to be useful for anything other than very basic checks.Verdict:-All in all I like the phone. I like the idea of a simpler life with less distraction. But in reality we just do not live in that world anymore. I've found myself picking up my now simless iPhone daily for checking opening times, sorting car tax or transferring money. I find I'm persevering with this phone but in todays world it just adds anxiety by a different flavour. In all likelihood I will return to my 6 year old iphone XR in the very near future.
