Having Multiple and complex disabilities.
Being generally deficient in Vitamin D3, and less than satisfied with my previous purchase from another seller, i searched Amazon to see what was out there.i came across InnoPure Vitamin D3 and having read the both the product and manufacturer information i decided to purchase a quantity of InnoPure Vitamin D3 Optimum strength to give it a go. I am very glad that i did as once ordered the product arrived exceptionally well packaged and the delivery was most expedient arriving the day after i purchased it.The product is of a very high standard and is housed in a very sturdy high quality plastic bottle with a screw lid which is easy to open (a bonus for me as i have difficulty opening most things). despite its ease of opening and replacement the lid forms a very good seal with the neck of the bottle, an important feature for keeping the tablets fresh and viable for use over a prolonged period of time.i do not profess at being an expert in these things but have been taking tablets in many forms for more than a decade and can recognise quality packaging when i see it, the quality of this container means i will not have to transfer these tablets into another container to keep them fresh as i have had to do so many times over the years. The Product its self (small white Tablets) are easy to swallow (another bonus as i also have difficulty in this area) and have almost not taste (yet another bonus) when compared to may other vitamin products on the market, which are large, and both smell and taste disgusting, and which do stick in my throat and have to be broken up to avoid choking. the InnoPure Vitamin Tablets also fit easily into daily tablet dispensers (yet another bonus when like me you have multiple tablets to take in a day and only a small tablet holder in which to store the days pills). As a person with multiple and complex disabilities it is vitally important that i maintain my immune system, boosting it where ever possible. InnoPure Vitamin D3 helps me do just that allowing me to remain at what is for me a very good level of health. In general Vitamins and supplements in general tend to be very expensive, InnoPure on the other hand are reasonable priced while not sacrificing quality which in this day and age of profit driven markets is a rare find.I would recommend INNOPURE products to anyone the quality is fantastic and the price very nice.

Vitamin D - Let There Be Light
The Product:This product meets my needs at a very affordable price (Vitamin D can't be licensed) working out at less than 4p a day it's essentially a no-brainer.About Vitamin D:Vitamin D is easy to overlook. The fact is most people are Vitamin D deficient. This is a problem as many studies have shown Vitamin D has many powerful benefits. For me the most telling is its link to "all-cause mortality" this essentially means irrespective of anything else Vitamin D should increase how long you live. This is the only vitamin that research has established can achieve this.An important choice with Vitamin D supplementation is the dosage. The dosage should be whatever is required to ensure you have enough Vitamin D in your body. This is measured by checking, wait for it, your 25-hydroxy levels. In the UK you can have this tested by City Assays for £28 or £33 for people overseas. The name of the website which provides the test is unsurprisingly vitamindtest. Essentially levels between 50-100 ng/ml are ideal and research is still being done to see if higher levels are beneficial. So to cut a long story take 5,000 IU for 3 months and you should then have a test to check your levels anything between 50-100 ng/ml are ideal and research is still being done to see if higher levels are beneficial. This is the advice of the Vitamin D Council which I believe is very sound.Dosage of 10,000 IU or greater is possible but that in my opinion should only be used as a temporary way to get your levels up. Also it is important to take Vitamin K with those higher doses as it ensures the calcium deposited by Vitamin D goes to the bones instead of where it shouldn't like your arteries for example. I've looked into Vitamin K and if you're interested the best product is Life Extension Super K but that's a separate discussion. One thing I am unsure of is whether Vitamin K is recommended for this dosage of Vitamin D. I'd appreciate any comments to clarify this.I hope this review was useful and urge you (if you haven't already) to tell your friends and family about the benefits of Vitamin D.

Sunshine in a bottle
Arrived quickly and well packaged. As Vitamin D3 comes in so many shapes and sizes i`ve added a lego brick for scale so you know what you're getting! The 5000iu pills are easily swallowable and neutral to taste. The pills are free from most of the usual rubbish, so are vegan friendly if that sort of thing matters to you.The bottle has useful information on it regarding ingredients, potency and benefits, however it also says "a recent study suggests..." without quoting any form of reference to the study which makes it useless. As a medical student i can't stand this sort of thing--if you're going to link to medical benefits make them credible otherwise it's no better than a makeup advert claiming 67% of 17 women agree....!Nonetheless, this personal gripe aside i'd buy them again--especially as i get through a lot of these happy sunshine pills o.O
