Runs a bit large. For those with limited hand strength, it is a bit hard to pull on even being loose, so it would never work for me if it fitted right. But it is sturdy and well made and arrived quickly. The fabric is soft and comfortable and breaths.

Initially, it helped as a compression for my upper arm injury. Based on reviews, I purchased a size large; however, after wearing it for several days, the fit started to become loose. I wished that the fabric was thinner.

Got this in hopes of using as a sleeve to cover my husband's Dexcom G7 on his arm. We have bought other adhesive covers, which extend the time by a few days, but still have difficulty getting the full 10 days of wear. This sleeve fits snug, is barely noticeable under shirt, and the silicone banding at the top/bottom prevents it from sliding or rolling around. He says it's comfortable as well. Highly recommend for anyone needing help keeping their CGM from coming off as the adhesive starts to fail.
