Do the dress come hemmed

Yes it's hemmed but i've never known clothes that weren't. We had to have it taken up because it was too long for my daughter.

Why different finish first order great second has side vents if I take it up would be too short

Not sure. My daughters only 5ft 2in and when we took it up there was still a bit of vent but the length is now just below her knee. I don't know if that's any help to you.

I'm not sure i can really help. I ordered this item for my daughter but she's only 5ft 1in and it was quite long on her and had to have it shortened. She got a size 14 i think but it's 3 years ago. I think the length would be OK but i don't know what size you would need, sorry.
