This has a 700c (28") wheel. Your inside leg measurement is the best guide to fit (measured to the floor and inc flat shoes). The minimum inside leg required is approx 11" more than the frame size, so a 16" frame requires an minimum inside leg of approx 27". The saddle does of course adjust up around 6" from this too. Does it arrive assembled?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transport bikes safely assembled, so these do have to be sent in boxes. These bikes are what is known as 90% assembled so there is not too much to do. All the rear part is fully assembled, so the items that need assembly are front wheel, handlebars, saddle and pedals. I'm not sure my inside leg is about 30inches and the seat is adjustable, so the bike is fine for me.
