Will they survive if placed in the freezer for a month?

Hi, I only left mine in a fridge for a couple of days and then used it. There is a time scale to use but not sure if you can freeze. I would probably say no. This product works brilliant but will need to do again every 6 weeks through the summer period. Hope this helps.

Does this product work on snails?

No, this product has only been proven to work on slugs. Has not been proven to work on snails.

Had bad slug damage on my maincrop spuds this year. Will the Nematodes penetrate down far enough to help here?

I don't know, but probably yes. The nematodes have certainly cleared my garden of 99% of the slugs and snails I've previously been infested by. I'll certainly be using this product again next year.

Does anyone recommend a similar product that can be used in the home that also safe for children?

i use nematodes, i buy a three month pack (work out cheaper) i store in the fridge (wrapped in a plastic bag) follow instructons and water slug love plants like hostas, new plants like cabbages and so on. start as soon as the weather a bit warmer, then do every month for three months
