Do these fit in a razor comb for thinning/cutting hair

I have absolutely no idea. I use these blades for a wet shave. And a Wahl hair trimmer for across the top.

Can you get 3 or 4 shaves out of one blade, or is It one blade to be used only the once? Thanks in advance

Most certainly, yes. The precise number depends on the strength of your beard but 2 or 3 days should be easily attainable. A pal of mine says he can use a single Wilkinson blade for 3 weeks!
