Will this solution kill germs and bacteria?

This is a quality product on tiles or any hard flooring It kills all germs and leaves a nice smell

Does the Crosswave still work if you don't use this solution?

Yes it will suck up grubby loose dirt - but it’s no different to a mop in that if you don’t use cleaner you don’t get a perfect job - but it will still give a reasonable job. I think it is a fantastic tool - makes life do much easier. And shamed me when I see what it picks up from a supposedly clean floor!

Can this be used this with a Braava robot mop?

Most cleaning fluids can be used in most cleaners but you will forfeit the guarantee if the cleaning fluid has not been recommended by the supplier.

Can you use on upholstery?

Yes I use the wash on my rug also used it to clean small carpet room no issues as the machine has 2 settings for both hard floors which I use on my porcelain tiles and other setting for rugs so it does work
