Q: Do these let you hear outside noise? i actually don't want noise isolation; i want to wear these and also be able to hear my home theatre speakers.

You will definitely be able to hear everything around you. These don't cancel out sound at all.

Q: Can i plug it into my playstation 4 controller?

I use it for my xbox one. So it shouldn't have any issues for PS4.
