Is the dress length from the shoulders to the ankles?

I would say it depends on your height. I stands 4'11 and it reaches the floor by an inch or two.

Does the dress fit true to size?

I don't know the answer. I purchased the item for someone else.

Is this made in China?

Hanbok is a Korean tradional cloth, but this product is absolutely made in China. The designer does not know anything about a hanbok. I am afraid that people may think that this cheaply made product is a real hanbok.
